Please read the following terms and conditions before submitting your order to Internet Pages. As soon as you submit your order electronically, all terms become effective.
Any policy or agreement incorporated herein may be modified or changed at any time by Internet Pages at its sole and absolute discretion. Changes to our services will be notified to you by email 30 days in advance. Whenever a change is made, it takes effect immediately. The amended Agreement will become effective as soon as you continue to use the website or our services.
Your responsibility is to keep your email address updated. If you fail to receive email communications from us because your email address is inaccurate, we accept no responsibility or liability.
Account Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Internet Pages services are intended for people 18 years of age and older. The services may not be used by anyone under the age of eighteen (18). Perhaps we can verify your age by checking your government-issued CNIC card.
You acknowledge that if you use these services on behalf of a third party, you have the authority to bind them to this agreement and to act on their behalf.
We may deny your order if you do not provide all required information. If your order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, you will be notified. Any money you have paid to us will be refunded if we were unable to accept or fulfil your order.
An order placed on our website does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are manually verified.
Services can only be provided after payment is received.
As a user, you are fully responsible for any actions taken through your account. It is your responsibility to keep your password safe and confidential as well as any other information related to your account with us. A breach of security or unauthorised use of your account must be reported immediately to us.
Any dedicated IP order other than one included in a hosting package is subject to IP justification. As IP justification practices change consistently in order to comply with ARIN's policies. If we believe the justification and utilisation of current IP addresses are insufficient, we have the right to deny any dedicated IP request.
Our Products & Services
Domain Registration: We do not guarantee the availability of any domain name requested for registration by you. Domains are always registered in or transferred into your name, not Internet Pages. At billing.internet pages.pk, you can manage your Domain's WHOIS data. It is your responsibility to ensure that all data is accurate. Domains may be taken offline if your contact information is not updated and cannot be verified.
In order to provide the best service, we may change the registrar of a domain from time to time. Your domain name usage will not be affected by such a change.
Reseller Terms and Client Responsibility
- Clients who purchase products from resellers must adhere to the terms and conditions laid out in this agreement.
- Customers of Internet Pages resellers need to contact their reseller for support; we do not offer support to Internet Pages resellers. It is the resellers' responsibility to support their clients. Our company reserves the right to place any client account of a reseller's on hold while the reseller takes responsibility for its client. In order to maintain security, resellers must create support requests on behalf of their clients.
- All content stored or transmitted by their clients falls under the responsibility of the reseller. This includes any actions taken by their clients. The reseller will be held responsible if any of the client's actions violate this agreement.
- Storage/backup and hosting expired domains are not permitted using reseller accounts. Any account in violation will be notified. Accounts that are not in compliance after 3 days of notice through email will be suspended. The suspension of an account is only lifted after a $5 un-suspension fee has been paid.
- No responsibility is assumed by Internet Pages for the actions and omissions of our resellers. Internet Pages agrees to indemnify resellers from and against any such claims from any users as a result of reseller actions and omissions.
- During any time, we reserve the right to change our reseller marketing programs and promotions without prior notice to resellers. As soon as these changes are posted online or on any subsequent date or day as set forth by Internet Pages, they will become effective.
- As a reseller, you agree to be responsible for billing and technical support for your clients.
Managed Servers & Managed Backups
- Clients who purchase products from resellers must adhere to the terms and conditions laid out in this agreement.
- Customers of Internet Pages resellers need to contact their reseller for support; we do not offer support to Internet Pages resellers. It is the resellers' responsibility to support their clients. Account Setup
- We will set up our account after receiving payment and after our payment partner(s) have screened orders for fraud. Please provide us with an email address that is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up for.
NO WARRANTIES
- In this agreement, Internet Pages will provide the services "as is" and "as available." Except as expressly provided herein, Internet Pages and its affiliates, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensees disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Company, its affiliates, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensees, make no representation or warranty that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure;
- There Will Be No Interruptions, Errors, Or Complete Security;
- Regarding the Results That Might Be Obtained Through the Services;
- In Relation to The Accuracy, Reliability, Or Content of Any Information Provided Through the Services. The Content of Any Data Transferred to or From Users Or Stolen By Users On Or Through The Services Will Not Be Liable To Internet pages Or To Our Affiliates, Employees, Agents, Suppliers, Or Licensors, And We Expressly Disclaim Any Liability For The Content Of Such Data. This Section Will Survive Termination of This Agreement.

Termination of Sub Account
- When found in violation of Internet pages’ acceptable use policy, a subaccount in your Multiple Domain Hosting Plan or Reseller Plan may be terminated by Internet pages at any time and without notice. All rights reserved.
Payment Information
- For services you receive from Internet pages, you agree to pay in advance for the time period during which such services are rendered. Internet pages will continue to bill you for any or all services you receive until and unless you notify them that you wish to cancel them. Internet pages reserves the right to change the rates/charges for any or all of its services at any time.
Credit Card Charge, and Currency Conversion
- Both Pakistani Rupees and US Dollars are acceptable. Visitors from Pakistan will be charged in Pakistani Rupees, even though the prices are shown in USD. Paying by credit card in Pakistan will result in the currency being converted by the payment processor to USD. Due to currency conversion fluctuations, there might be a slight difference between the invoiced amount and the charge on your credit card. There may be a difference between the amount charged on credit card and the invoice amount. In either case, the customer's account will not be debited or credited, and the invoice will be paid in full.
Backups and Data loss:
- Use of the service is at your own risk. Our responsibility does not extend to files and data on your account. In addition to files and data transferred, you must also maintain all appropriate backups of data stored on our servers. Backups are taken so that we can restore the servers as a whole. If you need backups of your old data that has been deleted due to non-payment, or by your own mistake charges will apply.
- For active accounts, we may do 1 courtesy restore free of charge. All other restorations will be charged according to the packages that the customer is using.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Internet pages reserves the right to cancel any account any time. Customers may cancel their account any time.
Money-back Guarantee
- Internet pages offers a thirty (30) day unconditional money back guarantee. It is available for 30 days after purchase. Any refund requests after 30 days cannot be processed.
- You will be entitled to the money back guarantees refund only if you comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. You will need to contact our Customer Support Team to request a refund.
- Refunds are only available for shared hosting plans. An administrative, installation for custom software, or other setup fees will not be refunded.
- If you fail to request a refund within the given notice period, no refund will accrue and will not be paid.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only available to new customers. You will not be eligible for a refund if you have cancelled your account and re-registered, or if you have opened a second account with us. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.
Non-refundable Products and Services
- Domain names, virtual private servers, dedicated servers, administrative fees, and custom software installation fees are not refundable. The domain charges will be detected if you have taken advantage of a free domain and opted for a refund.
Late Payments
- Upon receipt of an invoice, users are expected to pay it within ten (10) days. Invoices that remain unpaid for more than ten (10) days may be suspended or terminated. Payment must be made into Internet pages accounts before access to unpaid accounts is restored. Your account may be suspended or terminated, and Internet pages will pursue collection costs, including arbitration, legal, and attorney's fees. Users with an outstanding balance will not be entertained with new orders or the activation of new packages.
- Dedicated servers are subject to being reclaimed and all content deleted if you fail to make a timely payment. If you make a late payment we do not automatically reactivate the dedicated servers. Contact Internet pages directly after you make a late payment to reactivate the dedicated server.
Permitted CPU and Disk Usage
- In accordance with this Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Internet pages provides hosting services.
- We may offer Shared hosting space for users' websites, active emails, and web files. Using shared hosting is not permitted for storing media or emails, and is not permitted as an off-site storage method for electronic files, emails, or FTP servers. Every shared account will be reviewed for excessive CPU, disk space, and other resource usage that may be caused by a violation of this Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy. If a user account violates Internet pages' terms and conditions, we may terminate access to the Services, apply additional fees, or remove or delete User Content.
Bandwidth Usage
- Shared services are not limited in their bandwidth allowance. Unlimited bandwidth usage is not available for resellers, dedicated or VPS servers, which are subject to the terms of the plan you purchased and can be viewed in your control panel.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Internet pages, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees and agents (each an “Indemnified Party” and, collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, suits, actions, demands, proceedings (whether legal or administrative), and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees) threatened, asserted, or filed by a third party against any of the Indemnified Parties arising out of or relating to;
- The use of the Services by you,
- a breach or violation of this Agreement by you; or
- any act or omission on your part. The terms of this section will survive any termination of this Agreement.
Disclaimer
- The employees of Internet pages are not responsible for any damages your business may suffer due to their mistakes. Our services come with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, and we disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Data loss due to delays, missed deliveries, wrong deliveries, and all service interruptions caused by Internet pages or its employees are covered by this policy.
Changes to the Terms & AUP
- This Agreement may be added to, deleted from, or modified by Internet pages at any time without prior notification to users. By using the Internet pages website, you agree to any changes to this Agreement. Unless otherwise provided, any revisions to this Agreement are effective when posted. By using the Services after the effective date of any modification to this Agreement, you agree to its modified terms.
- Internet pages reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or change any aspect of the services at any time.
Refusal of Services
- Internet pages can refuse to provide service to anyone if it deems it necessary. Additionally, Internet pages reserves the right to suspend a customer's access to any or all services provided by Internet pages at any time without notice or explanation. If a customer violates this Acceptable Use Policy, Internet pages may cancel or suspend their account. Service may be refused, canceled, or suspended at our discretion.
Severability
- If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of any provision of this Agreement illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions or portions (unless otherwise specified) thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
- Users or Internet pages may not waive any right or remedy hereunder, nor shall a single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any other or further exercise of that right or remedy. A party's express waiver, or assent to, a breach or default in any term or condition of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of, or assent to, any succeeding breach or default in that or any other term or condition.
Assignment; Successors
- It is forbidden for the Users to assign or transfer this Agreement or any of their rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Internet pages. It shall be null and void and of no force or effect to attempt an assignment in violation of this Agreement. User agrees that Internet pages may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement, and may engage subcontractors and agents to perform its duties and exercise its rights under the Agreement without the consent of User. The parties to this Agreement, their successors, and permitted assigns shall be bound by and benefit from this Agreement
Force Majeure
- Neither party is liable for any default or delay in the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement (other than failure to make payments when due) if such default or delay is caused, directly or indirectly, by forces beyond such party’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, fire, flood, acts of God, labor disputes, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, interruptions of transportation or communications, supply shortages or the failure of any third party to perform any commitment relative to the production or delivery of any equipment or material required for such party to perform its obligations hereunder.
Third-Party Beneficiaries
- A person other than the parties to this Agreement, their successors, and permitted assigns, will not have any rights under this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, user acknowledges and agrees that any supplier of a third-party product or service that is identified as a third-party beneficiary in the service description, is an intended third-party beneficiary of the provisions set forth in this Agreement as they relate specifically to its products or services and shall have the right to enforce directly the terms and conditions of this Agreement with respect to its products or services against user as if it were a party to this Agreement.
Disclosure to Law Enforcement
- At Internet pages, we believe that the law should be upheld. If we are legally required to do so by law enforcement agencies, we may disclose User information without further consent or notification to the User.
Entire Agreement.
- As to the subject matter of this Agreement, this Agreement, including the documents incorporated herein by reference, supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements between the parties and constitutes the only and final agreement between the parties about the subject matter.
